At The RRG Group we believe apprenticeships are exciting, challenging and full of opportunities for you to start building a career to be passionate about. By providing the right tools, knowledge and experience we invest in our Apprentices so they can succeed in their chosen career.
Our apprenticeships can be placed through any of our manufacturer partners with the opportunity to attend workshops at their national training centres too. Through hands-on experience in our centres and classroom workshops, every day is a chance to learn.

Generate customer follow up calls and assisting service advisors and Service Manager with administration duties. You will also be doing customer vehicle handovers, after the work is done. Explaining to the customer what work has been carried out and the costs involved.
As an RRG Group Apprentice Parts Advisor you will ensure that Parts on receipt are inspected for damage and that the quantities received match quantity advised on delivery notes, which are then placed into stock locations. You will also be handling customer enquires swiftly, courteously and efficiently, and recording all items supplied to customers.
